...the beach near the Condos...
(Turn of the Century photos taken 12-22-99, 12-24-99 and 01-04-2000 at noon) December 1999 had very little rain in store for Monterey. At the end of the century we had unusual warm days, in the 70s and mellow nights thanks to Santa Anna Winds. The year 2000 started with cool to cold nights but still warm days, in the 70s. Alltogether where people in other parts of this world talked and worried about terrorism, y2k and what have you, visitors to the coast found themself asking "Can it get any better?"
